For some of us ladies your menstrual is a walk in the park. You do volley ball and lightly jog on your ‘time’; there are the blessed many that can not brag of this experience. I feel horrible, dog tired and never ready to leave my cave. Since being on birth control I have felt free to jog and run free from the cramping and exhaustion. Except, as I research more into healthy living I find myself hearing not so positive things about synthetic hormones. Now I am not vegan nor do I plan on forsaking meat so that I can brag about being au natural. Instead I want to ensure the history of breast cancer doesn’t plague me or my future little girls. So here I am seeking how to elevate menstrual pain while effectively planning when is a good time for children. Not saying I have sworn off the pill just yet but I need to know if I truly am being a good steward of my temple.
