Business, busy mind or just the thought that you don't need sleep may be on your mind. Although when work is stressful or family and friends are giving you problems being tired often begins to ware on you. Sleep for me is paradise; I use sleep as an escape. Everything is better after a nap to me; because my bed is sacred/safe. How do you associate your rest; maybe as a distraction or the only place you can be you? This article is about how to get to sleep with a new sleep app. If not just for a moment; the body needs to unfurl and relax just to function. Take this into consideration babes next time you just can't.. you may need a nap or a good night of sleep.
